C. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any purchased design complies with all applicable copyright laws. We are not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from misuse of the designs.

Artbox Creative (Pakistan) is the primary operating entity responsible for all core business activities, including design, marketing, customer service, day to day operations and product fulfillment. Artbox Creative LLC, registered in the United States, exists solely as a supportive legal entity to assist with compliance, registration, and regulations specific to U.S.-based platforms. All transactions, services, and business decisions are managed and executed by Artbox Creative (Pakistan).

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you agree that the courts of Karachi, Pakistan (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
