Artbox Creative is a digital product-selling website and we do not accept cancellations however if you buy our pricing packages and we can’t complete your requests you can request cancellations

we sell digital products only that are not eligible for returns once downloaded.

Refunds and cancellations are applicable only to custom orders, not digital products.
Refunds will not be given if the design is revised one or more times, and change of mind is also not applicable.
